The Dutch government struggled to hire IT talent. As Creative Lead, I pitched and developed a conversion-driven social video campaign inspired by one of their biggest grievances: being solicited by job recruiters who are vague about salary expectations.

Results:

  • 8000 visits to their career website

  • 32 new hires

  • The campaign was so succesful that Rijksoverheid ran the same videos again in the following year
