SAP CX, a customer experience platform for SMBs, needed to boost brand awareness. As Creative Lead, I developed a full-funnel content strategy, including a video campaign spotlighting small business owners with unique sales philosophies. My favorite? A Dutch fishmonger who thought himself Japanese to better connect with his primarily Japanese clientele.
